This dinner series celebrates the beauty and uniqueness of Maine, the Gardens and local ingredients, with dinners cooked by Maine’s finest chefs using fresh, seasonal ingredients. What better place than Maine’s only Botanical Garden to be reminded of how beautiful and delicious Maine cuisine can be! Net proceeds from the dinners are donated to the preservation and future growth of Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.
