MENU

Maine's micro seasons enable our Chefs to play. For you, this means they’re always coming up with new dishes & creative ways of preparing the Maine food. Immerse yourself in this experience at our open kitchen while the Chefs strive to wow your senses.

Inspired by Eastern Mediterranean dining, Evo's dishes are meant to be shared. Modeled after mezze - groups of small dishes that are meant to be enjoyed together - you're encouraged to order a variety of shareable plates.  If you're not into sharing, our menu has you covered too.

Thanks to our farmers & purveyors, the food in our kitchen is the freshest you can get.

DRINKS

Liquid is life. Our cocktails are crafted using the same fresh, local ingredients as our kitchen. Like their culinary counterparts, they strive to create cocktails as memorable as your meal.

Portland's a beer town: Our five draft beers are always local & rotate frequently.

Our wine list features a wide variety of wine from around the world. Since we're Eastern Mediterranean focused, our list highlights wines from Hungry, Macedonia, South Africa, Greece, Spain, Crete, Sicily & many more. We love all our wines but without a doubt Chateau Musar from Lebanon, is our house favorite. We’re featuring Vintages dating back to 1998!
